每天教授課堂包括BJJ巴西柔術、THAIBOXING泰拳、BOXING西洋拳、STRENGTH TRAINING力量訓練及MMA 綜合格鬥 ,無限制課堂時間隨您選擇,課堂無需預約省卻時間,依照課堂時間表上課。其他時段場地及設施會開放自由使用。全場設有地席另設有健身設施、沙包、浴室及更衣室設備供學員使用。


巴西柔術 - BJJ

巴西柔術 (Brazilian Jiujitsu) 主要的着重於地板戰,也就是寢技的施展方面。當巴西柔術選手在施展關節技之前,會先設法把對手摔倒在地上,以方便施展關節技打敗對方。即使身材矮小不佔優勢者也能通過槓桿原理和合適的技巧成功地與高大強壯的攻擊者對抗。穿著柔術袍上課。
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a martial art, combat sport, and a self-defense system that focuses on grappling and especially ground fighting. With Jiu-Jitsu, a smaller, weaker person can successfully defend against a bigger and stronger assailant by using leverage and proper techniques, especially by applying joint-locks and chokeholds to defeat the other person.

泰拳 - Thai Boxing

Senior professional Thai boxers teach the skills of Muay Thai. It is a group of martial arts and stand-up combat skills based on kicking and punching. It is often practiced for self-defense, general fitness, or as a contact sport. The high physical activity helps build a healthy and slimmer body.

西洋拳- BOXING

拳擊招式的基本練習及應用由打法、架勢(正反架)、刺拳、重拳、不同角度的勾拳、節奏、步法、走位等等形成,再透過不斷反覆的練習,調整動作及攻擊角度,直至成為反射動作,而對於招與招的相連性上,拳擊手能將其組合成不同的配搭,打出自己的特色/節奏獨特的組合拳,不管是打出簡單如one Two組合拳,還是華麗如連續打出八個不同角度的勾拳,基調還是來自基本的拳擊練習,亦即招式練習,練的同樣是肌肉記憶和耐力。

力量訓練-STRENGTH TRAINING

綜合格鬥 - MMA

綜合格鬥是一種允許運用多種不同格鬥術的搏擊運動,還會練習到如何在綜合格鬥技地戰上無袍(No-Gi)使用的巴西柔術 (Brazilian Jiujitsu) 、打擊技 (Striking) 和防衛。此類格鬥運動最初被稱為 Vale Tudo (巴西葡萄牙語,意即「無限制」),後來改稱為 MMA (Mixed Martial Arts)。在1993年舉行了第一屆的“終極格鬥冠軍賽”(也被稱為UFC)。這是一種比賽允許來自不同武術背景的人也可以參與。在極少數的規則下,會在一個八角形的擂台上以赤手空拳的形式對戰。學員練習中會使用到MMA專用拳套,教練會根據學員的程度,教授不同的技巧。穿著緊身運動衣及運動褲上課。
Originally known as Vale Tudo (Brazilian Portuguese for “unlimited”), it was later renamed Mixed Martial Arts. It allows the use of both striking and grappling arts while both standing and on the ground.
